The model at most CROs is to pitch with senior staff and to execute with junior staff. That is not how we operate. The team you speak with at the start of an engagement is the team that does the work. There is no account management layer. There is no escalation required to reach someone who knows your study.
Every team member works exclusively from Australia. No offshoring, no handoffs to an overseas team mid-study, no loss of continuity when your study reaches a critical point.
We also bring established working relationships with all the local clinical trial stakeholders your study will require, including bioanalytical laboratories, drug supply vendors, and sites. For sponsors coming from overseas, that network matters more than it might initially seem. Knowing who to call and how things work on the ground is part of what we bring to every engagement.

Our database unlock rate is less than 2% across 95 databases locked. To put that in context, a database unlock after lock is a significant event. It means something was wrong with the data at the point it was supposed to be finalised. Every unlock wastes time, costs money, and creates questions about data integrity that follow a study into submission.
A less than 2% unlock rate across 95 databases is not luck. The decisions made at protocol design and database build stage determine the quality of data you end up with at lock. Getting involved early is not just a service offering. It is the reason our unlock rate is where it is.
We have contributed to 3 FDA submissions with data accepted without comments. We tell you what you need to hear, not what you want to hear. If there is a problem with your protocol or your data, you will hear about it from us before it becomes a problem in your submission.
Speed
6 to 8 weeks, not 12.
We build databases in 6 to 8 weeks. The industry standard is 12 weeks. That is up to six weeks returned to your timeline before the study has even started collecting data. It is not a trivial difference. For a sponsor managing a development program, six weeks at the start of a study can determine whether you make an end-of-year data cut, whether you meet an investor milestone, or whether a competitor gets to market first. From database lock, we deliver draft TLFs within two weeks. Again, the industry moves slowly here. We do not.
Speed without quality is not speed. Our database build time, unlock rate, and TLF delivery all sit alongside each other. They are not in tension. They are the result of the same thing: experienced people, clear processes, and a team that has done this before.
Integrity
We tell you what you need to hear.
We do not take on studies we cannot deliver. If a timeline is not achievable, we say so before the contract is signed, not after the deadline has passed. If your protocol has a design issue that will create data problems downstream, you will hear about it from us at the protocol review stage, not at database lock.
We do not manage your expectations with optimistic projections and then revise them mid-study. We give you a realistic read from the start and stay direct throughout the engagement.
